My colleague in the US who also has the Customer Support role is having the same problem, while my boss in the Netherlands who the developer account is under has no problems accessing the "My Apps" section. However, since last weekend when I click "My Apps", it takes me back to the main iTunes Connect menu. For months I had no problems accessing the reviews under "My Apps". A few months ago, I was given the "Customer Support" role to respond to App Store reviews in iTunes Connect. I work in the US, while other team members work in the home office in the Netherlands.
